“I swear never to commit, excuse or remain silent about violence against women – this is my oath” This Quote is being sworn by 1000’s of Australian boys and men leading up to the international ‘ white ribbon day’. White ribbon day is all about campaigning to stop men’s violence against women by swearing the powerful and cavernous oath, 100’s of males that are leaders in our society, whether it be Sport, Music, or entertainment.
One in three women have reported experiencing physical or sexual violence at some time in their lives, therefore being a serious problem in our society that needs to be adhered to. While its costing the lives on many females it is also costing the Australian economy 13.6 billion annually.
